Advanced Tactical Medic is a 16 hour training event where students will participate in 360 degree, full speed scenarios involving tactics, sensory overload conditions, officer down rescues, triage under fire and possible terrorist incidents.
You will be taught various WMD attacks and threats and how they equate to your job and responsibilities in responding, triage and mass casualty management, basic helicopter & landing zone operations, basic K9 first aid, advanced airway techniques and basic & advanced IV techniques. Also, you will be exposed to advanced tactics and training conditions.
Your Instructors are all tactical medics and/or tactical team leaders. Our military medics come from the Navy SEALs and US Army Special Forces (18Deltas).
It's not necessary to complete the Tactical Medic Course prior to the advanced - contact us for details
Students receive 19 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) for this training.
