School Shooting First Responder Course is a one-day (8 hour) course designed to present the tactics and information necessary to deal with an active shooter in a school environment or in other public area where the suspect(s) are mobile.
The course is geared for all law enforcement and military. Violence in the workplace is becoming more prevalent as is in our schools. You may be the first one on scene at one of these incidents - then it's up to you to make things happen and begin initiating a plan.
This course includes information and training from the individual officer or deputy's equipment selection to setting up a hasty command post to post incident actions and responsibilities.
This, like all HSS courses, can be tailor made to best benefit your unit or department. You tell us what would be most beneficial and we will make it happen.
