TACTICAL DIVE COURSE - (SCUBA) is a two-day (16 hour) course that few people outside of the military will have the opportunity to experience.
The course is designed to pick up where the Tactical Swimmer Course left off; however, it is not a prerequisite for this course.
Participants will practice new swim techniques, navigation and underwater tactics in an open water training environment while operating under realistic conditions.
Topics include equipment selection & mission loads, safety procedures, various types of reconnaissance methods, maritime surveillance, ditch & donn procedures, lift and assist methods, wall and hull searches, tactical approaches and infiltration.
Your Instructors are, and will be, US Marine Corps SOTG and Force Reconnaissance personnel, Navy SpecWar operators, Port Police Team Leaders, USCG Dive Instructors and/or Royal Marine Commando divers.
This course can be modified and tailor made to best benefit your department or unit.
