His past assignments include Police Patrol, Traffic, SWAT, US Marines Infantry NCO & Squad Leader, Special Weapons Handler and Nuclear, Biological & Chemical (NBC) NCO. His specialties include Sniper training & operations, Firearms, NBC, Small Unit Patrol Tactics, Rappelling, Range Safety and Advanced Patrol Tactics.   Scott Wiese Sgt. Wiese is one of the corporation's Founding Members. He is a SWAT Team Leader in Southern California and his past assignments include: K9 Officer, D.A.R.E, Investigations, Traffic Investigator, Patrol, Patrol Supervisor and Protective Services of the Royal Saudi Arabian family. His specialties are Tactical Operations, Patrol Operations & Advanced Tactics, Firearms, Range Safety, CQB, Operational Planning and Impact weapons.   Ken Alexander Ken Alexander is another Founding Member of the corporation. His current assignment is DARE Officer & SWAT team leader. He is also a Sergeant First Class, US Army SF. His past assignments include: Bicycle Patrol, Gangs & Narcotics Detective, Patrol, Police Sniper, Sniper for 82nd Airborne Division (with combat tours in Iraq/Afghanistan). His specialties are Counter terrorism, Intelligence Operations, Tactical and Patrol Operations, Range Safety, Advanced Patrol Tactics, CQB and Firearms Instruction.
